and if the king didn't move to the last square?
force mate

What I'm getting at is the fact that he sadly passed away a few years ago. A tragedy, and what do you think of my other problem, if you ever need some decent inspiration you check it out!

I'm sorry, that's wrong. After:
1. Nxb5 Qb4+ 2. Qxb4 Bxb4+ 3. c3 B moves 4. Nxc7 wins.
And he wins a pawn with Nxb5 anyway.
He's loads up.
So there.
He "sadly passed away a few years ago, a real tradgedy"
What a laugh! Are you that ignorant to our "great predecessors"?

OG: You can't play 4. Nc7 if Black plays 3...Ba5, but still White would be up material, and likely enough to win. It's not a forced line though.

True, but after 4. Bxf6 he has all the positional plusses - better pawn structure, Pawn up, control of the open file, a lead in development whilst Black is completely tangled up. The game is won, no matter what.

Jeez, guys, do you not realise that Morphy is dead, and he physically could not play a single move? The guy never said he is better than Morphy was, he said he's better than Morphy is. Think a little laterally before knee-jerk defending Morphy, who doesn't need it.
