Hello. Me and my opponents ratings are about 1300 in 15 | 10 rapid. I am playing as black. At first my plan was to try and stop d5. After that I wanted to control the d file, but I didn't consider knight b6. My opponent played c4 and I got rid of my isolated pawn. In the endgame I wanted to activate my king but I didn't see Knight f6 losing my h6 pawn, then I tried to fix the issue. I brought my king, but didn't like the endgame and I offered a draw. My opponent took it.
Starting around move 12, I'd consider developing your bishop. Bd7 there strongly encourages white to bring his knight back.
29. ... h6?? should have lost the game for you. White has a tactic with his knight to win one of your pawns on a and b. Your best move is to move your King toward them.
30. Nf6 doesn't win the h pawn after Kf7 Nxh7?? Kg7. It trades his knight for your h pawn and would have given you the win.
