Hello all,

This Season I will try to put many of my official OTB games up here. It will always have at least some analysis and/or  thoughts I had when making the move.

Please shoot on the analysis and correct me on my thoughts when you sport mistakes and or possibilities.

Here is my second game off the season.

The pirc defence is a passive opening for black which is quite safe. Black will aim to push queenside pawns. From what I've read about it, it is a quite a weak opening for black, best countered by Austrian or Samich variations.

On move 4, f4 triggers the austrian variation which is considered to be slighly better than Nf3.

Good game and thanks for sharing
