I did not know about the "naming and shaming" policy. I won't do it again. I was just really frustrated and wanted him to be banned asap. Thanks for the info

The title technically violates policy, but there isn't any "bad" content so I'd just leave it.  It might serve as a cautionary tale to others.  Take care.
