Does anyone know how to unlock this achievement ?

It is the achievement "Introspection": Use My Games database past move 5.

Use the Explorer to go through your games: https://www.chess.com/explorer?gameSource=own&gameType=all&color=white

Click on the link that I provided and then simply begin clicking through the moves.  You should receive the achievement in no time.

i have tried  but i can't , can you please provide a picture of the process from beginning to end
