I don't know who is playing black but that is the worst play of chess I have seen so far...
White to move 3... Bb4+ Wow... What a bad move...
5... Qg4 blacks queen try to escape No... He was trying to protect the attacked g-pawn... He should have played Nf6 which prepares for castling
6. Bd2 a good move Well... No... Not really... Against a stronger player that would have been a lost move... He would have played Nc6 attacking your queen which came out way to early !!!Keep playing chess... You learn with every game... Like me...
This is horrible. I'm speechless.
3. Qxd4? it's unnecessary to recapture the lost pawn at this point, as black's pawn is unprotected. This brings the queen out too early.
3. ...Bb4+?? Why would black hang the bishop like this?
4...Qh4?? This is easily made useless by 5. Also, the e4 pawn is protected.
5. Qd4? Why not 5. g3
5. ...Qg4? A useless and unnecessary move. Better moves are....well pretty much anything. 
6. "Bb2, a good move". Only good by your standards pedro, in the sense that it's not a total blunder.
6...."Qh5. Queen for what?" Took the words right out of my mouth.
7...g5???
As you say, 8...Kd8 is the only non-losing move, but even after that black is screwed.

Ok here is my analysis :
3... Bb4+ ?? Losses a piece for no reason .
4... Qh4 ? Pointless , what is the queen doing here . White will easily be able to chase it away with tempi , developing in process
5. Qd4 ?! (?) - White has better developong moves , no reason to move the queen
5... Qg4 (?) Again there are beter moves to defend the g-pawn .
6. Bd2 (?!) Nothing wrong with this , although it's a bit too passive . Still at least it doesn't blunder a piece
7... Qh5 ? Again pointless. In any case black is lost
7. Bb4 fine
7... g5 ?? ... no comment
8. Qe5+ Probably white's best move of the whole game
8... Ne7 Losses intantly
after Kd8, then Qxrook threatening Qxknight mate
no this play of chess is even worse: pick a piece, any piece. move it every move until it gets captures. then pick another piece and move that untill it gets captured. repeat. that will lose the game in the easiest way
