Don't think you did a lot wrong, other than obvious move you pointed out. You're right in that 10. bishop to d3 was better, could then have lined queen up to attack h7 (by e4 square) , and black would have had to spend time thinking on how to defend. Your two bishops at that point would have been in excellent positions.
And if they did avoid the king side attack, the pawn on c6 would be a weak point. I would have then taken b5 with the bishop on d3, and black cant capture with c6 as they would lose the rook.

I played quite satisfactory match.. and would like to know what all I missed:
Time Controls: 20 min, 0 increment.
