this is a recent game i played i was black after rc1 the threats with all whites pieces was too much for me i could not see a way out without sacrificing a lot of pieces well played to my opponent let this be a lesson to players starting out always try and use every available piece to attack your opponent as you can see all of whites army are aiming to destroy my lonely king even the rook on f1will be in the thick of it very soon i anticipated a sac on c7 with the rook even if bishop takes rook whites queen will line up with the bishop and its game over white had just to many options . once again well played ......unless anyone can find anything i could have done .... but i dont think so

You were better off castling kingside, or just not castling at all. The queenside is a powderkeg waiting to explode, full of pins and holes waiting to be exploited, not to mention White has more pieces invading the queenside than the kingside.

You didn't pressure your opponent enough thus letting him develop his pieces and pressuring you insted of you pressuring him  and the phlosphly is the person who has more pieces on the middle will most likly win unless you can counterattack.

first thing that comes to mind when I look at the ending position is:

"pawn moves are irrevocable, so use them sparingly and efficiently."

Your pawn structure was quite frankly terrible, and white managed to take advantage of every single weakness created by it.
