I didn't check the profile. I would say 2100 because of the inbetween moves and correctly sacking pawns. But not higher because someone flagged on move 25.

I didnt check the profile either.
Its definitely not a 2000s kind of gameplay because he has only one plan and its kind of on the nose and a bit too slowly executed, while black doesnt really fight back.

You overestimate 2000s lol. We just don't blunder 2 move tactics and everyone below us does.
