Its definitely not a 2000s kind of gameplay because he has only one plan and its kind of on the nose and a bit too slowly executed, while black doesnt really fight back.

It's an incredibly solid game from a quick glance. No obvious signs of bad positional moves or missed tactics, so at least 1600. I'm gonna guess 1700.
Just checked and it's almost exactly my rating, so makes sense.
I think maybe 1800
