It's probably not possible as a brilliant move requires a sacrifice of material and checkmate ends the game so no sacrifice.
But it could be a discovered checkmate with sacrificed material…?
Whenever I get checkmate it is always recognized as great or best move

Material isn't sacrificed if the opponent can't take the material.

In my opinion, a game never ends with a last brilliant move but a great move or best move.
