I would like to ask anyone out there to evaluate this position and let me know what they think. It appears to my inadequate facilities that white seems to have an advantage but I'd like to hear those of you that are more experienced say.

I agree the b-file is a potential source of danger for Black Qb7 seems necessary to protect the a-pawn from b4-b5, after Re1 B any, looks quite strong. Black can double R on the b-file and open at his leisure.
