I would like to ask anyone out there to evaluate this position and let me know what they think.  It appears to my inadequate facilities that white seems to have an advantage but I'd like to hear those of you that are more experienced say.

BTW, this is a couple of young ones, one 8 and the other is probably 9 or 10.  Thanks.

yes, black is winning. after Qb7, Re1, Bh5 black has an extra piece. he just needs to consolidate and then start pushing those kingside pawns.

I agree the b-file is a potential source of danger for Black Qb7 seems necessary to protect the a-pawn from b4-b5, after Re1 B any, looks quite strong. Black can double R on the b-file and open at his leisure.

as long as black takes care of his king the extra piece should prove to much for white.

I think after ... Qd7   Re1 Bh5   f3  White threatens b4 with a strong attack.
