Help me with consistency

I know what is exactly wrong with my playing style. sometimes I play brilliant and defeat 1700s and many times, even the very next game, I lose to a beginner (1200 rated).

ANy tips on how to maintain consistency? It would really help sad.png

i lose to 800's sometimes and its sad and i drew (and could of won) with a 1600
