How could I have saved this endgame?

I played competitively in a game against an FM. I had drawing chances in the endgame, but failed to find the right move. I analyzed the game with him afterwards, but would like any additional input about how I played and where I went wrong. This was an OTB game, 2 hours with a 5 second delay. When the game ended, I had more than an hour on my clock and he had an hour, so time trouble wasn't a factor.
