How does this lose a rook?

The game review says this move loses a rook. For the life of me I can't see how.

I know I am pretty bad at the game, but I am very curious about this position.

Going through the game analysis I can see why it's not a great move and black can win some pawns if they play the best moves, but still can't see how it loses a rook. Can someone please try to help me see how a rook is lost here please?

Yes, but it's even MORE winning if you don't drop a Rook.
