The computer is in a completly won position and yet it fails to avoid a mate in 1.
Any move with the rook and black should win this.

The computer will lose the rook on any move along the D file and any move along the 8th rank will be a mate in 1 when white plays Ra1...correct me if I'm wrong.
moves along the d file would indeed lose the rook, leaving black an exchange ahead..
I don't think moves along the h rank would get black mated thou...
just for the sake of it I threw everything into stockfish (One of the strongest engines on the market right now) and appereantly black have an even easier and more obvious win (try to find it).. but any move that prevents the immidiate mate in 1 leaves black completely winning
and Little Chess partner is a chess engine.. I don't know if it's the one used by this site thou.
I am new to this website and I just played the computer about 7 times on "hard" and finally I won in the last game...I feel like the computer made several errors in the game, particularly on 14)...axb4 and then again on 17)...Kb6 (by not taking the Bishop). What do you guys think?
