How is promoting to a queen rather than a bishop a mistake?

Yeah, this is a known bug that pops up from time to time. It may be old, but it's always funny!
I'm under 1200 elo so maybe I'm missing something that would be obvious to better rated players, but to me that computer review just seems weird:
Why would promoting to bishop be better than promoting to queen in this case? "Show moves" says that the best moves are Kxe1 Rxg2 Rh3 on both paths...
There is no obvious risk of getting a stalemate here even if the opponent plays Kf3, so is it just that the computer takes into consideration the unlikely case where the opponent would just not take the bishop and play Kf1, giving me a position that the computer evaluates as much better?
