How is the accuracy really calculated in the analysis?

Here I have two games. The first one I made equally many perfect moves and excellent moves. I have made 4 more good moves while he has played 1 more of each book move, inaccuracy, mistake and blunder. Yet I have 90.7% accuracy while he has 94%. Makes no sense imo.

Second game I only have 94.1% accuracy despite every move being best move/excellent. I kinda feel like it should have given higher accuracy as games with the same % of best moves with good moves, inaccuracy etc. included sometimes gives more accuracy.

It is hard to know since they have never published a full explanation of the calculation.
