How is this a Draw for insufficient material?

I had 3 seconds to play my last move but finger slipped on tablet and hit button at 0 time. i was one move from winning. and its called insufficient material while i had two queens to his only king.? You lost on time.  Lucky your opponent didn't have a pawn left or you wouldn't have gotten a draw.  I'll get the article for you....

A draw by insufficient material is a draw because your opponent does not have any material to mate you with, thus it is declared a draw.

You can't win because you have no time left.

The opponent can't win because he has no pieces left.

So: draw.
