How to detect the cheaters?

Hello everyone! I'm coming with a question which I'm putting myself from some time. How to detect the cheaters? is there a way?

I had this game (below) and since the mid game I always thought he is using an engine! I mean, at 1350, to have 0 blunders, 0 miss and 0 mistakes, 90,6 accuracy and a play of 1900 rating is something which for me is hard to believe. Does anyone else have any thoughts?
