HOW TO FIND BRILLIANT MOVE

Hello everyone, I wanted to know how a brilliant move is decided, like in stockfish it only gives centipawn loss.
Let suppose if my deviation from top chess engine is same then it would be considered as a best move. If my move is different from the computer one which I played which could be other lines of the computer analysis then it would give me excellent or less than that.
I was wondering how it is decided. Also I see those moves were may be from hard tactical puzzles or something you saw out of the box.

It seems like sacrifices that are also the best move are often brilliant, but I don't know if that's all it is.
