The pawn structure resembles a King's Indian where black has delayed whites queenside expansion with c5, so a3 and b4 after 0-0 is probably the most obvious plan here. However, black's lack of development allows for a kingside expansion with 0-0 followed by g3, Bg2, and f4. I think white is clearly better here regardless of which side he attacks on.

I was playing a game of chess, and got to this position, white to move.
I wasn't sure how to continue here. Which side of the board should I try to attack on? And do I castle long or short?
It would be cool if someone could give me some advice on how such a position should be played (perhaps its obvious^^)
Thanks!
