Ra5+, Qxc6 would have been far better in my opinion. Edit: ignore that - poor advice
Your opponent did not have to take the knight. They blundered and allowed themselves to be mated.

If he didn't take my knight, At least after rxf5 qxf5 be3+ nxf3 I am still up a rook. And I believe if queen were to take my rook on b7, it's a forced mate by qd3+, qb5+, rd7+, Qxb7.
But if king takes my rook on b7, am I screwed or are we equal? Haha

If you are interested in what the engine says, just click the small magnifying glass icon (bottom left corner of the diagram). There you can test and try all the variations.
Any good for my level or would you double up the rooks on B4 instead?
