How’s 100%
It is not actually possible for every one. If you play 30 moves and expect 100 percent then you are a fool. Unless you are a magnus or hikaru
To get 100% accuracy, you NEED a brilliant move, but not after 15-20 moves. You can get 100% accuracy by playing the fried liver, but your opponent has to accept Nxf7!! but then your opponent allows you to play, after Kxf7. 7.Qf3+ Ke8 8.Bxd5 and then your opponent blunders checkmate with Nd4?? but almost no one will play that, so it's almost impossible to get because no one will play 8.. Nd4?? so that's why it's almost impossible to get 100% accuracy, But in the above picture, my opponent blundered checkmate, with Nd4??.
