Please tell me how this game was a draw due to repetition. I never once made the same move 3 times in a row, what it means for the ruling, and it’s rather frustrating and annoying that I lost, let’s call it what it is at this point specifically, because the game decided to stop my opponents timer at just a fraction on a second (0.01 to be exact)

The rule is not about repeat moves, but a repitition of the postion three times, with same player to move...which can arise from different move sequences... in your game the final position is exactly the same as it was on moves 67 and 69. Hope this makes sense.
