i think you made too many rook moves in the the opening. but as far as on move 37. ... Nhf2 would have been a little better. because you have a disadvantage on the kingside which needs to be worked out.
I bungled the endgame :(

I think I was OK until I made the move 37...Ndf2
I thought it would allow me to clean out the pawns on the Queenside while my king created an opening to Queen on the Kingside, but I missed out!
