I can’t make arrows like streamers do

I can’t make arrows on the chess board like streamers do. If you watch GothamChess or GMHikaru you see them drawing orange arrows to explain their position and moves. Except I can’t seem to turn them on.

Thank you justbefair but I don’t have chess.com on a computer therefore I can’t use arrows
