Your opening doesn't look great, I would recommend accepting that gambit. White gets slightly better development and position but white gets a better position if you decline as well.
17 ... Nec6 was bad. Far better would have been 17 ... h6
This made your position very much worse and leaves you behind for the rest of the game.
22 ... f6 was also bad. Much better would have been 22... Bb7 thought you are still losing after that, but f6 loses very quickly.

you gave d6 away, lost lots of material, and let him overrun your kingside (no offence just saying what i think)
