You saw some stuff demonstrating some tactical vision beyond your current rating, but werent consistent, making some blunders that seem to be within your ability to see. 10. qd3 for example. I'd say you need to work on your approach during the game, because you probably have the ability to be more consistent. Not a ton of point to talking about positional play here, the game wasnt won or lost based on that. That said, I'll point out that 5. bc4 is a beginner move, because black wants to play d5 anyway, and your move lets him play d5 for free, because your bishop will then have to move. Basically your giving black a free move. Bd3 would have been a lot better.
