I Analyzed this position with stockfish and it said it was 0.8, theroeticly, shouldn't this be a draw?

I'm in seventh grade and I was doing probability but I'm pretty certain this is a draw by threefold repitition

obiosly its not winnable for either sid ebut why does stockfish think white is better?
