unrated games vs super high rated opponents tend to give the underdog much better odds than normal.
As the higher rated player usually plays utter garbage till move 10 or more

Well sometimes new players put "pro"when signing up for chess.com and it automaticly gives them 1600 elo, but they usually drop very quicly, you probably versed one of these people
