A few comments:
Instead of 7..Qf6 (allowing ideas like Bg5 for white later on), why not keep it simple with Bg4 or even the plain Bd6. You want to castle quickly given that your opponent is looking awkward with his king still stuck in the center with a bishop blocked in by his queen and if you can get a rook mobilized on e1, you can start generating threats faster than he can.
8...Nxe5 led to complications .... Did you consider the very simple 8...Qxe5 ? If he's offering a piece for a pawn so easily, why not take it with the queen as a subsequent queen trade only makes it easier to win for the person with more material. By taking with the Knight, you create room for tactical ideas (such as his pin).
I played this game (30 0) a bit earlier.
First of all, please note that my present rating in live standard chess in chess.com is 1350. My opponent's rating was 1144 (after the game). So, you can expect the standard of the game in this range of rating.
Anyway, I think that this game of 16 moves is interesting (at least for me ; - ) )
