Interesting opening by black
Your opponent played move after move with his queen in the opening -- a method beginners often explore. You played correctly -- countering the queen with developing moves by the minor pieces. You didn't need to lose a piece, but even so your edge in development was enormous... a sure sign that you should play aggressively and energetically. So if I have any criticism it's you were a bit too leisurely and didn't look for sharp or forcing tactics. Be alert as you can be for tactics, defensively and offensively. For example, you missed a quick mate at the end.
