There’s an Iphone app called Hiarcs Chess that you can buy from Apple Store. But it would also work on your Ipad when you do restore your purchase on your Ipad. You have a choice to disable the computer analysis function by choosing Play Both (No Analysis) and just move the pieces for both sides. You can even set up positions and then move pieces with No Analysis function. It is not free (costs you a few bucks) but worth it.
I would like to get an app to emulate a real board, with no AI or with the ability to disable the computer help.
I need it to compose a board and try to move pieces forward and backward, for me and my opponent, as I would do with a physical board near me.
I know the chess.com analisys tool, but I don't know if it's possible to disable every help and use it only as a sandbox
