Yes, in fact I just had one that lasted 13 moves. When your opponent blunders out of the opening and the follow ups are all natural, I suppose it is possible.

i got 100% a couple weeks ago. Although it was only a short game 11 moves. won by resignation

With chess.coms new analysis update in late 2021 it is now possible to get 100% accuracy, however they are normally pretty short games where you play book than accurately capitalise on an error and the opponent resigns.

This is an old thread, but still in a game I recently played, all the moves were book moves so 100% accuracy
e1 is quite a novelty in that position.
Nice game. On chess.com a 0 mistakes, 0 blunders, 0 missed wins is not necessarily a 100% accurate game. I've often come across analyses where it was 0=0=0 but MCTS or SF say it's less than 100% accurate but good enough.
