I am a e3 opening player. I think it's a good opening. I really believe in it. and I win so many games by this.i will share you some games.

Let me tell you something. This is a known variation for me. In most cases, the black's center pawns are huge weaknesses. And it's almost impossible to defend them. I got the ordering wrong that's why stockfish says this is a good position for black. But it's almost an anti-cheating tool for me. Nobody can defend the both center pawns perfectly. Give it a try. I win 67 percent of my games with e3 in lichess.org. and don't be afraid your higher rated opponents. My opponent lost the game with me playing this stupid opening.

This was not a known position but I have seen that queen side castling is a bad choice for most of the times. Because of the development white's queen side. You can see this in the other game as well. (When I saw the long castle, I said: what the hell?! Long castle! He just suicided actually.)

Let me mention one last thing for today. I almost caught 2 out of 3 of my opponents by these things. You know, knowing the positions very well and knowing the choices for black. Actually the best place for the castle is king side.

nah I recommend you play e4 to claim the center while E3 is like E6 after e4 so is basically like the french bishop but whites variation

It's ok ... I've played it, 25 years ago. The trouble with it is that, like 1. f4, 1. b3 and 1. b4, 1. e3 gives black too many good options.

Just as a note. What looks like a French with reversed colors is actually a declined Winawer Gambit. You can find some games in the database.

I agree. the e3 opening is severely underrated and catches many opponents off guard. Because of this it can be a very good weapon

I have beaten this bot to prove my point.

can't black just play stonewall

Yes, but for some reason I never faced this in my opening. Never ever. In rapid, I have seen my opponents play as solid as possible. And trying not to lose the game less 15 moves because it would be a record. In blitz, I play this but my opponents respond by putting two pawns in the center. 99 percent of times, they are going to become a weakness.

Most of the times, my opponents assume That I have so many traps for my opening or cheating.

It's ultra-solid and basically you are offering to play black but with an extra move. Obviously, white keeps a small advantage through the opening and into the middle game, provided reasonably optimum moves are played.

Positionally very good for white, provided white understands how to play against stonewall setups.

This is a Reversed French Defence Advance. Bound to be good for white.

However, moving to #11, Trashbot is obviously programmed to play badly and make obvious mistakes.

I am telling you. This trap is a good trap for you guys. It is true that the guy is 170. But I believe so many 1000 players can fall for this. It's a little bit different from its similar trap at e4. I didn't remember the best moves.

Avatar of farhad1234567890123

I helped the guy a little bit. Because I don't think he could have gone to this line. You know, 100s are unpredictable. So, i made the guy a little predictable.
