If white defends accurately can black ever win this game?

I think it can hold if he does not do masive exchange and ends with peons and kings

Black is a pawn up, the one on the c file could make a break.

Black could take the horsey with rook and white if he doesn't play accurately could be a bit of trouble. If they have the nous to get the king across to stop blacks c pawn then they'll be ok. If they do something daft like try and trade down the queen and rooks, then they'll probably end up in a zugzwang position, trying to stop blacks king getting through the d4 c3 squares
