Is this a draw?

I think this position is a bit suspect. Here white has a clear plan of trying to inflict another weakness by getting his king to g4 and playing h4 and winning the f4 pawn. White can also try to Zugzwang black and make him hang a pawn that way. Either way, if white can win another pawn or get another passer this position is won.

I also think white can win pushing a3. My opponent refused to play a3 and moved king to kingside and game was drawn quickly.

how can white make another passed pawn a3? He can´t!      b4 axb4

if white goes to g4, than black king takes d7

In the analysis that azatartsakh brought, after 6th move better plan is immediately:

7. h4 f3, 8. gxf3 Bxh4. f4 and white wins.

It is just "different colored bishops" dominated my mind and I did not even tought about winning...
