It's a draw with perfect play by white. He/she will just stay in front of the pawn or King and force a stalemate or capture your pawn.

I have a game going which seems like it might go on forever. Here's the position:
It's white's move (I have black): is this position a draw in spite of black's one-pawn advantage? I'm an admittedly fairly crappy player, but I can't surrender the idea that having this small material superiority should give me the game. I'd appreciate input from wiser heads.
