Is this really a draw rule?

I don't understand why this is a draw. It says the same move was done 3 times, but I don't see that.

I'm sure I'm wrong, just looking for an explanation from somebody who knows the rules better than me

It's a draw by triple repetition of position

The same position appeared on the board 3 times with black to move each time on moves 28, 30, and 32

Thanks! I understood now. I thought it had to be 3 identical movements in a row, but instead it's just the position that matters.
