King side attack

I hope you are already introduced to the King's Indian Defense. Very often White plays tactically, maintaining his strong center. But I want to try out another variation; Attack on the king's side.

Attacking with Be3, Qd2, Be2, h4, g4, f3 or f4 like those grandmasters. But everytime I try it out, Black easily escapes. I play moves like Bh6 to exchange the fianchetto bishop which protects the black King. But after h4, g4 , h5 and all that, I never succeed.

Who can help me with that?

No I haven't got one; I've seen games like that though. I have constructed a general position to demonstrate what I meant.

White will making moves like g4 and h4 to break down BLACK's kingside position. As for the f1 knight, I don't know quite well where it goes.
Please help me with this position. What should White do?

I'm no expert, but i've heard that the Saemisch variation (that is, 5.f3) along with queenside castling facilitates a good kingside attack.  Never actually tried it myself though.
