Learning from the Analysis
The best way would be to go through your game without an engine first. After that is over, you fire up the engine and go through the game again, seeing what have you missed. On your level, you will use the engine to check blunders mostly - where did you hanged a piece , what tactic did you miss, in any case something that shifted the game.
