I felt that I have played better than my opponent for the majority of the game , and clearly had the upper hand at the end , however I blundered and should have lost but got a draw . Love to hear your comments , and how I could improve in general when there is no clear tactics on board . Cheers

I prefer 21 Rxh3 to 21 gxf3.

 37 Rd5 instead of 37 Rc5 keeps a small advantage. Whether you can win it then is a matter of technique from both sides.

after 10 0-0 i think White's position looks great: a pawn up & on the off-wing(Q-side in this case), less pawn-islands than Black, & castled with a semi-open center. i don't like 11 Nh3 combined 12 f3. i would've 11 Nf3 then 11...Bxf3 is it least trading down with a material advantage( pawn up). Or 11 Nh3 Bd6 12 d3 threatening 13 f4 then 13...g5 will create some weaknesses in Black's K-side & 14 Be3 will hit at a Q-side weakness.
