This evening I played a 30/0 standard game on chess.com for a change.  After the game I decided to analyze it, without the cumputer.  Suggestions appreciated.

Any thoughts?

Well played! I think ..39 g2 made it curtains for your opponent,I guess he should keep the rooks on  and try to put up more stubborn resistance. But save the skewer you allowed,I think you played fine.

This was surperbly played! GG! You defended well, and the Bishop sac opened his king to the attack. Although, I'm a bit skeptical of allowing the Queen into your second rank. Was there a defence?

Thanks.  Yes, g2 turned my advantage into a decisive one.

:)

Yes.  After I made the oversight I mentioned, it was best to take his knight hand allow Qxh2.  If not, there was no defence as far as I could see.

How about 9.Nh4!? looking at the weak g6 square - and f5 pawn - intending d4-d5 very soon.

I didn't look at the complete analysis, but you should have a closer look at the endgame.

38. Kxe1 I knew that I still had an advantage. My opponent has over extended pawns which are blockaded. I have nice central advanced pawns and a nice knight.

Sorry, but this is a complete misjudgement, after Kf6 white is completely lost.

Oh. I see now. He wants will it eventually get his king into a superior position. Pretty obvious now. I had not the time at the end. But I gave a pooe analysis. I thanks.

You complicated a clearly favorable position with an unnecessarry sacrifice on e5.

You feel safe after 28.Kf1(you actually lose after 28...fxe4)

You feel you are slightly better after 35.Rde2 (you are actually completely lost after after 35...Rh1 followed by ...f3, it can't be more lost than that)

Your endgame evaluation(I knew that I still had an advantage. My opponent has over extended pawns which are blockaded. I have nice central advanced pawns and a nice knight) impeccable(you are actually losing).

Well done!!!!

A game that clearly demonstrates how beneficial bullet chess is.

I think even Botvinnik would admit his mistake (he believed  blitz has no educational value at all) if he could see this game.

Relax dude. No  need to be sarcastic and put people down. You come across as an exremely disagreeable, pedantic  person who gets a kick out of putting people down.Take it easy.

@poucin

Thank you for your response.  I am very grateful for a comprehensive IM analysis.  Thank you for your remarks.  Yes.  I did feel I could have done better in the middle game.  I might have had more option rather than cashing in on the material.  I was to focused on the kingside and didn't appreciate the possibility of c4 and queenside play.  I should not have let him dictate the play!  I was materialistic.  Also, as zeitnota ponted out, I misjudged the ending.  Lucky we both had time issues.  Again, I a very grateful.

Hi jengaias.

Thank you for summing up the negatives pointed out in poucin's analysis.  Yes, it was not the best of games I have played.  But it was my first real dutch (in longer time controls).

Thanks OP for the game and IM for analysis.
I was having trouble with white in this opening

Can anybody tell me how can I stop black from attacking me ,I dont like when my king gets attacked I like quiet positions. It feels same as KID positions which also I dislike.

Thank you for your interests.

Here is a line I know of should eliminate dangerous attacking lines in the dutch.

Btw, Simon Williams has done a video series for chess.com on the classical dutch. As far as I remember nowadays the main move is 7. ... a5 instead of Qe8 which was almost exclusively played in the 70s

Yeah here's the PGN of his first video.

Notice how quickly Black played e5 and moved the Queen over to the Kingside. He didn't mess around with ridiculous moves like h6 or make his development difficult.
