I used the free Stockfish software on this site and there was no missed win.
Anyway, missed win just simply means a missed opportunity to gain an upper hand. It is not the same as a missed checkmate.

There were several missed wins for both sides.
38 Rxg5+? is a missed win as it creates 2 connected passed pawns that can draw against the knight. Just a knight move like 38 Nb5 is a clear win: white is a knight up.
37 Rg1? is a missed win as it allows to unpin the rook with 37...Kf7, when 38 Nb5 no longer works because of the double attack 38...Rb3 37 Nb5 would have won: white is a knight up
32...Rxg4?? blunders a knight and loses a won position. 32...Nd4 would have saved the knight with a win for black.
26 Rb1? loses while 26 Bc6 would have drawn.
There are many more missed wins in this game.
