I have no ideas how blogs work. This is a storage system I actually know how to use on a basic level. In any case, figure I'd post it in a thread where I can use chess.com tools, and if I see a particularly noteworthy game I can move that to it's own thread. Users can respond to this if they want to, so there's that nice benefit.
1 blogs are the same as threads except they can have a photo and caption
2. people can respond to your comments on blogs too
There is a chess.com blog option? I'm not entirely sure what a blog is tbh. I have the basic idea a person can put stuff in it, but it's not something I have ever looked into much.
So I checked later that day and spotted it, though I'm not sure if it's quite what I'm after right now. Will keep it in mind for the future, see if I can make use of it. This forum set-up works for me so far though.
I would recommend you post less games and let higher rated players analyze them
This is my overall storage area. If I spot something particularly confusing or intriguing I will not only post it here but then post it into its own location as needed. By posting all of the games I can hope to spot extra patterns, etc. from an overall population rather than just an individual game.
Also, if I don't realize how interesting a game is at one point, this makes it easier for me to come back and grab it with at least a basic look and pull it up.
Playing too fast and it shows in these next two games.

Took a break from rapid for a little bit of the day after that.

Started slowing down, thinking more, and ended up finding myself in a very well-matched set of games vs the same player, ending 1-1-1.

Pretty straightforward. I post my rapid games (which are 15-10 right now), and review them. I'll try posting the games quickly after playing them, doing the reviewing later. I've said so many times how users should put up their own games for review, no real reason I shouldn't be doing the same. This isn't a specific game review thread, but a larger list. I may, if I find a game worth doing it with, have that game in its own thread with the specific issues I am struggling with from it raised. I hope to use this to notice consistent flaws, and of course, get into the habit of reviewing my own play. It should also help me with reviewing games in general. It might take me a bit to get to analyzing the games at times, but I do plan on getting there. Posting them first so I know to do it. Will keep updating them as I go.
I'll post a couple of my previous games from today. For now I plan on just posting the ones from current on out rather than past games, but who knows, I might change that or drop in a few exceptions.
Update: On 12/3/2020 I ended up shifting multiple games into a post, so far from the same day, to avoid having issues with too many posts made in a row in a thread at too close an interval. So some of my 12/2 and 12/3 games were shifted to earlier posts.
Update: On 12/13/2020 I made a separate thread for blitz. This thread will be for my rapid games. My Blitz Thread is linked here. https://www.chess.com/forum/view/game-analysis/my-blitz-analysis-thread
