I think this is my best game ever, but for some reason, I feel as if I could have done better. Any suggestions???

And so, I won, but I feel as if I could have won faster. Your opinions are welcome.

21.Rg8+ would win Q for R.

Hmm, it feels like there's a combination at move 17, but I can't find it. For example, I initially thought 17.Qxd6 wins an exchange, but 17...Qg5+ wins White's Bishop for a pawn. 17.Qd5 Ra7 doesn't really help, and 17.Bxf7+ Kxf7 18.Qd5+ Be6 defends the Rook.

Maybe 18.Qa7 was winning? 18...Bd7 (stopping both Qxf7+ and Qxb8) 19.exd6 threatening Qxa6 where you have a strong position and an extra pawn (which is passed on the sixth rank). Any better ideas, anyone?

Personally I like the bid for power with 17.Q-d5. I threaten the knight and attack the king. But then, of course, B-e7 really puts a stop to all of that... anything else??
