Basically, in this game I tried to take advantage of my lead in developement and failed miserably. Please let me know what you think I could have done better and which part of my game needs the most improvement. Thanks!

5...Bb4+waste of tempo, allows your oppontent to develop 6.c3 Ba5 7. b4 Bb6, you made 3 consectutive moves with the same peice during the opening, in general in the opening move a peice once twice at teh most during the opening. d4 would of been a little strong imo, closes down his dark square bishop and further strengthens the center.
17...Qc3 loss the exchange after 18.Nexc3 Bfxd1 19 Ncxd1
24...b6 very strong... i guess i just don't see what your plan was with Ne4? with the idea of going to d2
25...dxe4 is strong
Thank you for your input. I feel that this game showed me that I have problems with simple calculus and concentration, so I'll try to improve in those sections in my following games.
