i moved 5.d4 to make an attack with the queen then i`m moved 8.bc4 to defend the nd5 , 9.c3 to defend the queen if his queen in the future wants to take my queen 11.f3 to be the rook defended from the bishop in the 23th move my opponent resigned
Your opponent was very weak you'd probably be better off posting a game you lost to learn from people's analysis of it

I don't think your moves 2.d3 and 3.exd5 really go together. When you play 2.d3, you are supporting your e-pawn and making it a strong point, but on your very next move you give up that strong point. Now your d3 pawn just limits your f1 Bishop.
You missed the very strong Qe5+ on moves 7, 8, 9, and 10. Always look at every possible check and capture and you won't let these chances go by.
After your opponent played 17...Nf6, the game is over. Again, congratulations on your win,but try to find some stronger opponents
