Many people post links to their Youtube content in the forums. For example:
I think you can see from the above title and picture whether or not you might be interested in watching the video.
You , however, have evidently set your settings in Youtube so that no one can post the link to one of your videos and get it to display the title and a picture and a button to make it play for people like the above video.
