Seems like things didn't run so well for you this game. The opening was probably the start of your problems. I think 5...e5 was a mistake because after 6.dxe5 Nxe5 7.Qe2 you have to play 7...Qe7 (as you did) obstructing the development of your kingside. I would suggest going for 5...Nf6 and playing moves like ...Bg4, ...e6 ...Be7 ...0-0 with a more solid position.
Also, in the endgame, you could have played 35...Re8 since the exchange is hopeless. With rooks on the board you still have to make white work for the point.
This was played in the frist round of a local tourney. I know i made some mistakes but have really only started playing chess four months ago and this was against a 1694 rated player
